Here is what we are up to in 6th grade reading (besides testing)....
6th graders doing a wonderful job with our reading (about half way done, with some finished). If you have read this book you know it runs through all of our senses with funny, sad, inspiring, and irritating events. It is taking us into the lives of a family from Dr. King's days and showing us what the world was like then.
We are also generating our very first formal research paper on the Civil Rights Movement (wish us luck). Hopefully, we can post some of our student writing here!
