- I am a 6th grade Language Arts Teacher at Project Chrysalis Middle School just outside downtown Houston. I LOVE my job and the brilliant minds I celebrate while getting paid to do something so very rewarding. I am also an incredibly proud mom of a University of Houston, Senior, Music Education and Perfomance major. My son studies with some of the finest trumpet players in the country and makes beautiful music with countless groups across the country. When I am not in the classroom or on my porch reading a book, I am most likely out taking in the tunes and the beautiful music he makes. I am also an AVID college football fan and REALLY looking forward to this season when I can spend time cheering on the UofH Cougars and my own Fightin' Texas Aggies.

Valinitne`s day always gives me a feeling it is going to be a good day.I think Valintine`s day is a day when you can show someone how much you care about them. Valintine`s day is also a day that people give flowers, candy,and so on to the people they care about. It is a day when everybody is happy including the teachers. Hugs and kissess here and there almost everywhere.You also see guys giving little gifts to the women in which they love.
