What a Day!!!!!!!!

Ya know, I knew I was going to LOVE this place. You made it happen! This was the most amazing first day for me. Sure, I know, all of the rules & procedure stuff is boring, so it may not have been the very best day for you. I promise that will get better.

Thanks to those of you who turned in your summer reading assignments a little early. I am looking at them now & am very impressed with the pride in your work that I see in most of the reports. I'm a bit angry with some of you for not taking me on those family vacations that I am seeing in pictures, but guess I will let you off the hook since you didn't even know me.

Tomorrow, we will start setting up journals, doing some free writes & creating Academy Award nomination forms. More on that in the morning.
